Exhibition of James MacKeown

Nov. 2nd, 2017 – Jan. 20th, 2018 at 28 Rue de Saint-Léger, Geneva

Is it still necessary to introduce you to James MacKeown, a painter of Irish origin who knew many coastal shorelines before establishing in France, specifically in Brittany?

How to define his style except that it escapes time, that it is a vibration more than a simple figurative representation. It takes us far beyond the landscapes, the seashores, the undergrowth or the intimate windows to transport us in a deep and peaceful meditation! Let us take a moment and soak up those instants conducive to dreams, forgetting the troubles and worries of the day to day life!

The exhibition preview will take place in the presence of the artist on Thursday, November 2nd 2017 from 5.30pm onwards.
